What to expect after a treatment

To gain the full benefits from your treatment, please follow the advice below.
• Rest & relax after treatment
• Drink plenty of water or herbal tea to help to remove toxins
(remember,  it’s very beneficial for you to drink at least 1.5 litres a day)
• Avoid caffeine
• Avoid smoking & alcohol for 24 hours
• Eat only a light meal after treatment
• Make a note of what you feel like in the next 48hours.

These treatments are not only relaxing therapy they also have a therapeutic value. So you  may experience one of the following  and/or after the treatment.
These reactions or ‘Healing Messages’ can be one of the following things
• A TEMPORARY exaggeration of the symptoms of a current dormant or longstanding condition
• A form of DETOXIFICATION giving rise to a host of symptoms which then reveal a better sense of health and well being than prior to treatment
• An INDICATOR of how much healing/repair is needed within the body
A ‘Healing Message’ takes a measure of how the person feels after the first treatment as an indicator of how much treatment may be needed.  A stronger reaction or ‘healing message’ is a very positive result and may give way to improved overall health fairly quickly. A reduced or minimal initial response could indicate a more stubborn condition which may take longer to resolve.

What you might experience
• Aching & soreness of muscles

• Tiredness

• Heightened emotional state

• Headache

• Dizziness & nausea

• Disturbed sleeping pattern

• Increased mucus secretions from nose

• Increase in bowel movements or urine output

Please note these reactions are NORMAL & indicate that toxins are being expelled ~ the body is rebalancing & cleansing itself. As well as cleansing the mind & releasing tension!
Please remember that if you have any concerns then do not hesitate to contact me.
